Please read these terms before using this website or commissioning services.

Scope of services

Textpulse provides professional writing, editing, and translation services to businesses and individuals.

Quotations & acceptance

Quotes are based on your brief and are valid for 30 days. A project is accepted when you confirm in writing (email) and, where requested, pay a deposit.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, materials, and deadlines.
• Ensure you have rights to all materials supplied.
• Review deliverables and provide timely feedback.

Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed, quotes include one minor revision round within 14 days of delivery.

Fees & payment

Invoices are due within 14 calendar days. Late payments may accrue interest as allowed by law.

Confidentiality

All materials and communications are treated as confidential. NDAs can be signed on request.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final deliverables for the agreed purposes. Drafts and notes remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

If you cancel after work has started, fees for work completed to date are payable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Lithuania unless agreed otherwise.
